The Fifteen Country Challenge

Last year, reading twelve books from different countries was a self-assigned challenge, and something I really enjoyed. So, to make it more interesting, this year, I’d like to make it fifteen countries, with the same rule : no Americans! no English! Join in, if you feel like. Or, throw me a recommendation or two.

  1. Haruki Murakami – A Wild Sheep Chase {Japan}
  2. Alice Munro – Runaway {Canada}
  3. Jose Saramago – Death At Intervals {Portugal}
  4. Stieg Larrson – The Girl Who Kicked The Hornets’ Nest {Sweden}
